We want your Whiskers & Finch order to arrive safely, smoothly, and full of cozy cat energy. We have easy support for delivery issues, and a thoughtful, case-by-case approach to returns. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about lost packages, refunds, and how we help make things right if something goes wrong.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you notice an error or need to update information, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@whiskersandfinch.com
While we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will always do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages 📦
Once a carrier marks your order as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If your order appears lost or missing, please contact us so we can help guide you through the next steps.
If carrier tracking indicates a package was lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim for a replacement or account credit.
All claims are subject to investigation and review, but we truly care about your experience and will always do our best to make things right.
Returns & Refunds 💛
Your happiness matters to us, and we want you to feel good about your purchase.
Misprints, Damage, or Defects
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your product. If an issue is determined to be our error, it will be covered at no cost to you.
We may request photos to better understand the issue (our quality control cats insist).
Lost Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges

If you’re experiencing buyer’s remorse, a sizing concern, or a product issue, reach out — we genuinely want you to love your purchase and will do our best to find a thoughtful solution. All return decisions are handled case by case.
Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages
Wrong Address:
If a provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to Whiskers & Finch. We’ll reach out to confirm an updated address and reship your order at no additional cost.
Unclaimed Packages:
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm details and reship it at no additional cost.
If a returned shipment is not claimed or responded to within 4 weeks, it will be donated to charity.
Design Flaws
If you notice any flaws in the printing or design, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement.
